News item

Displays a single news event mostly used for news detail pages. Uses XSLT for transformation.

Allow pending: Specifies if this control is allowed to display news items which have not started yet.
Allowed categories: Specifies from which news categories this control is allowed to display items. If no categories are specified, all categories are allowed.
Allow expired: Specifies if this control is allowed to display news items which have expired.
News Item ID: The default news item to display. The query-string will always override this setting.
Date format: The date format string to use for display.
Error URL: If an error occurs, this page will be displayed.

Layout: The XSLT template to use for transformation of the news item.
